摘  要:简要分析了浙江电网春节全网性高电压形成原因,机组进相作为调压手段所具有的优点及受制因素。从系统角度,研究了不同电厂发电机进相深度对浙江电网暂态稳定的影响程度,提出了可行的发电机深度进相控制策略,经浙江实际系统应用证明:该策略具有较好的适应性、可操作性,对抑制春节假日全网性高电压具有较好效果。The causes of high voltage of Zhejiang Power Grid during the Spring Festival are analyzed, and the advantages and limitation factors of using generator leading phase operation as voltage regulation method are introduced. From the point of view of system, the influence of generator leading phase operation on the transient stability of Zhejiang Power Grid is studied, and the feasible control strategy for the degree of generators'leading phase operation is put forward. Application of the strategy to Zhejiang Power Grid proves that the strategy is suitable and applicable, and is effective to control the high voltage of the Grid during festivals.
