完善济钢1700mm热连轧生产工艺的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了济钢1700m m热连轧生产线的主要工艺设备情况,结合目前国内外热连轧先进技术的应用情况,为进一步提高产能、降低能耗、扩大品种、提高产品实物质量等,提出了增加3#加热炉和3#卷取机以充分发挥轧机能力、采用飞剪优化剪切技术、热轧润滑轧制工艺、完善热轧板形控制系统、尽快增加平整分卷配套工序等工艺改进的主要技术路线。The exiting equipment condition and main production process of Jigang＇s 1700mm HSM Line and the essentiality of improving them are introduced. In order to improve the production capacity, reduce the energy consumption, enlarge product variety and improve the quality of the products, some improving suggestions are put forward combining the application of the advanced HSM technologies at home and abroad. These suggestions are： adding 3^# heating furnace and 3^# coiling machine for improving the productivity of hot rolling mill, adopting optimizing shear technology and lubrication rolling, perfecting the shape control system and adding hot coil separating line etc.
