摘　　要：介绍了莱钢80t转炉自动化控制系统的开发及应用情况。控制局域网采用光纤环网结构,系统硬件采用西门子S7-400系列PLC,编程软件STEP7/V5.3,监控软件W INCC6.0。通过分析倾炉和氧枪的负载特性及电动机状态,系统可实现转炉本体倾动和氧枪升降控制的功能,通过确定补偿量,实现氧枪精确定位控制的功能以及铁合金称量自适应控制功能。应用表明,系统运行稳定,提高了转炉终点控制精度。The development and application of the automation control system for 80t converter in Laigang are introduced. Fiber ring-network structure is adopted in control system and the hardware is Siemens S7-400 PLC. The programming software is Siemens Step 7/V5.3 and Siemens WINCC6.0 is used for supervisor software. By analyzing load characteristics of the converter and the oxygen lance and the motor＇ s state, the functions of realizing tilting of the converter body and going up and down of the oxygen lance are introduced. And the functions of realizing the accurate location control of the oxygen lance by confirming the compensation and the adaptive control of ferroalloy weigh are introduced too. Application shows that the system runs stably and the control precision of the converter end point is increased.
