摘　　要：文安5.1级地震距离北京、天津市区较近,引起了各级领导和各部门的高度重视。震后,地方各级政府和地震部门都迅速启动地震应急预案,周密安排和部署地震应急处置与救灾行动,取得了圆满的抗震减灾效果。本文简要介绍了文安5.1级地震的灾害情况和地震应急行动措施,总结了地震应急行动的特点,并提出了几点启示。Wen＇an M5.1 earthquake occurred on July 4,2006 near Beijing and Tianjin city, so the earthquake attracted wide attention from the media, local governments and citizens in the region After shock, local government and earthquake administrations responded to the quake immediately and activated the earthquake emergency response plan. The impact of Wen＇an M5.1 earthquake and the details of the procedures of emergency action have been reviewed, the features and some suggestions for the future earthquake emergency action are summarized in the article.
