摘　　要：文化创新既是推动先进文化产生和社会不断前进的动力,也是文化建设和文化体制改革的灵魂。在社会转型时期,正确认识文化创新的客观必然性,科学定位文化创新的特性和内容,强化政府、思想文化工作者和广大人民群众对文化创新的重视和参与,是切实提高执政党建设先进文化的能力和全民族的创新能力,使中国特色社会主义文化永葆生机和活力的重要前提。Cultural innovation is not only the drive which accelerates the existence of advanced culture the development of society, but also the soul of both cultural construction and cultural system revolution. During and the period of society transformation, it is a crucial factor that we accurately realize the objectivity of cultural innovation, scientifically define the characteristic and content of cultural innovation, and strengthen government, cultural operatot＇s and populace＇s recognition and participation in culture innovation, which is an important precondition for us to improve the ruing party＇s ability of constructing advanced culture and the whole nation＇s creativity and to make the socialist culture with Chinese characteristic energetic and active.
