摘　　要：警察从事的是和平时期风险最大的职业。从我国警务实践现状来看,临战风险评估基本上是空白,在公安实战中尚未得到重视和应用。如何从制度上科学规范并有效保障临战处置行动,最大限度地化解临战风险,提高参战人员的风险意识和预测、应对风险能力,是正确处置恐怖、突发事件,化解危险的前提和基础。Being a policeman is the most risky career in peacetime. As for the practice of police services, there is no the risk evaluation of anti - terror fighting, which is not recognized and applied on actual fighting. How to make rules and guarantee valid reaction on fighting scientifically and effectively is the essential premise, which is in order to reduce the risk dramatically, to enhance people＇ s risk consciousness and action abilities. This article discusses the rules of risk evaluation of fighting and proposes ideas on how to do risk evaluation so as so enhance risk reorganization and controlling.
