摘 要:目的探讨应用高频超声和彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDPI)在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。 方法回顾性分析80例乳腺癌超声图像资料,对其二维超声图像的特点及CDPI检测指标进行总结讨论。 结果高频超声的二维图像能显示乳腺癌肿块的内部呈不均匀低回声区、融合状或分叶状、境界不清、无包膜、边缘呈多角形或蟹足样、回声衰减、纵/横比率(L/T)〉1、钙化灶出现等直接征象,以及导管、局部皮肤、Cooper’s韧带等的异常改变的间接征象。CDPI能显示肿块内部丰富血流情况,测定其动脉血流峰速〉15cm·s^-1。 结论高频超声二维图像能显示乳腺癌的超声特征,联合应用CDPI检测能更好地显示肿块内部及周围血流动力学情况,更有助于乳腺癌的超声诊断。Aim To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound and CDPI in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The data of 80 cases with breast cancer was analyzed retrospectively, and the characteristics of the 2D ultrasound image and the test index of CDPI were summarized and analyzed. Results The 2D ultrasound image could show the following direct signs such as the asymmetry low echo area inside the breast tumor, plocoid or lobulated state, unclear outline, non-envelope, polygon edge, weakening echo, L/T 〉 1 and the occurrence of calcification. And the indirect signs were the abnormal changes of vessels, local skin, cooper' s ligament. CDPI could show the blood flowing in the tumor and test the peak speed of blood flowing in the arteries which was more than 15 cm · s^-1. Conclusion The 2D ultrasound image can show the ultrasound features of breast cancer and the combined use of CDPI can better show the blood dynamic condition in the tumor and its surrounding areas, which is of great help in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
