摘  要:目的探讨窒息新生儿血清心肌酶、心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)变化的临床意义。方法54例窒息新生儿于入院时检测血清心肌酶及心肌cTnⅠ,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果窒息新生儿心肌酶与心肌cTnⅠ高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05),且与窒息程度呈正相关。结论新生儿窒息时心脏是受损的重要脏器之一,心肌酶及心肌cTnⅠ的测定,对了解是否存在心肌损害有一定价值。Objective To study the clinical significance of myocardial zymogram and cardiac troponin Ⅰ ( cTn Ⅰ ) in serum during the asphyxia of neonate. Methods The myocardial zymogram and cTn Ⅰ of 54 suffocated neonates were measured and analyzed. Results The myocardial zymogram and cTN Ⅰin serum of suffocated neonates increased ( P 〈 0.05). And the alonormality increased as the degree of suffocation increased compared with the normal group. Conclusion Heart is one of injured organs and measuring myocardial zymogram and cTn Ⅰ in serum have the value in judging myocardial damage
