摘　　要：针对煤炭企业物流管理的特点,分析了基于数字物流的管理信息系统设计的必要性,设计了适合煤炭企业的物资管理信息系统,其模块设计包括计划管理、评审管理、招标管理、采购管理、物资配送管理、合同管理、物资验收管理、帐务管理、结算管理、销售管理、物资配送管理、客户管理、供货商管理、价格管理等内容,可实现对实体物流的有效控制。The system of modern material flow covers a broad range. With regard to the characteristics of the management of material flow in coal mining industry, the current paper analyses the necessity for the material management information system design based on digital material flow. The module design includes the management of planning, the management of evaluation, the management of biding, the management of purchasing, the management of material distribution, the management of contracting, the management of material checking and accepting, the management of accounting, the management of settlement, the management of sales, the management of clients, the management of manufacturers, the management of pricing and so on, which provides a great help to the material management information system design for coal mining industry.
