基于利益相关者的旅游规划优化模式研究

摘　　要：目前我国多数旅游规划不重视或不能解决好旅游利益相关者间的利害关系,导致旅游规划中存在许多不协调的内容,可操作性不强.为此在前人研究的基础上重新划分旅游规划中的利益相关者类型,分析各利益相关者间的关系,针对目前我国旅游规划中存在的问题,提出构建旅游规划优化模式的措施,并结合桂林市旅游发展总体规划进行实证分析.Recently, as a great number of tourist plans don＇t attach importance to solving the conflict of stakeholders＇ interests, there have appeared many questionable things. This paper differentiates several types of tourist stakeholders, analyzes, by taking Guilin as an example, their relations and, according to the problems in our country＇s tourist planning, suggests setting up an optimized mode of tourist planning.
