摘 要:在链蓖机-回转窑法球团生产过程中,对链蓖机-回转窑段热工制度的调节和控制至为关键。针对被控对象复杂、各参数之间相互耦合及难以建立精确数学模型的特点,提出了一种新的基于粗糙集理论的链蓖机-回转窑智能优化系统。系统通过对生产过程中一些代表性工艺参数所构成的决策表进行约简分析,归纳出了不同生产工况下的决策规则,进而指导工人的操作,保证了链蓖机-回转窑段始终处于良好的生产状况下。试运行结果表明,系统能够改善球团生产,提高球团的质量。The control for grate-kiln segment's pyroloey institution is the key in the process of grate-kiln way pellet production. A grate-kiln intelligent optimizing system based on rough set theory was proposed due to its complexity, multivariable,strongly coupled and model uncertainty. Via the analysis and reduction of decision table constructed by the representative technique parameters, the system concluded a series of control rules for different production status, and give the operation guidance to operator farther. This enst,red the grate-kiln segment at its best condition. The intelligent optimizing system was tested to run at a pellet factory;the results show that the proposed system is very effective.
