摘 要:利用CFD软件模拟了SMV型静态混合器内的流场,计算了压力降,分析了其强化传热的特性。通过对流场的分析,首次从数值的角度揭示了SMV型静态混合元件使流体产生径向流动、壁面冲刷和沿壁面作周向流动使流体微团旋转是改善管内传热的三大因素。计算了平均对流传热系数和流动阻力系数,与已有的实验值进行比较后验证了计算结果的可靠性,拟合得到了具有较高相关性的传热准则数方程。通过局部传热系数的计算得到了SMV型静态混合器的传热入口段长度。与空管情形进行比较表明,SMV型静态混合器的传热系数比空管提高了约3.7倍。A CFD code was employed to study the fluid flow and heat transfer in a three-dimensional model of SMV static mixer. It is found by numerical simulation that the improvement of heat transfer by inserting SMV static mixer results from the following three factors, the radial flow,the refreshment of the fluid at the wall and circumfluence near the wall. Both the calculated average heat transfer coefficients and the pressure coefficients are checked and proved to be reliable by comparing to the experiment data in the literature. And a dimensionless heat transfer relation was provided. The thermal entrance length is also obtained by computing the local heat transfer coefficients. The heat transfer coefficient is about 3.7 times higher compared to the empty tube at the same condition.
