摘　　要：通过对材料化学成分、爆炸处的材料厚度及其金相组织、介质的流速、介质的成分及颗粒度等进行综合分析,探究了一级旋风分离器的爆炸原因。结果表明,一级旋风分离器爆裂是由于其下封头受到冲蚀损伤,壁厚大面积减薄导致材料强度不足所致。Through the comprehensive analyses of chemical compositions of the material, thick ness structures,flow rates of the media,compositions of the media and their grain sizes,etc. The cause of burst in primary cyclone separator was studied. The results showed that the burst failure of the primary cyclone separator was caused by inadequate material strength resulted from flushing damage and reduced in thickness in large area.
