摘　　要：采用TI公司的DSP数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407为核心的智能控制系统对六面顶压机生产人造金刚石的整个生产工艺过程进行全方位控制和监测,可提高压机运行的可靠性和生产效率。根据工艺要求采用智能PID控制策略对人造金刚石生产中的工艺参数加热功率和加压压力实现有效控制,可提高人造金刚石产品的质量和品位。The working reliability and production efficiency of artificial diamond synthesis machine can be improved through TMS320LF2407DSP of TI company control and monitoring of production process. According to requirements of industrial production, artificial intelligent PID control strategies were adopted, Can control production parameters such as heating power and working pressure effectively. As a result, the quality of artificial diamond can be upgraded.
