摘　　要：目的探讨链式抢救流程在创伤护理中的时效性。方法采用按规定时间完成各项抢救操作项目的方法计算流程中所用最短时间的可行性。结果在急救技术娴熟的情况下,“白金时段”可完成患者的生命支持;“黄金时段”可完成高级创伤护理全部内容。结论创伤链式抢救流程在严重创伤患者护理中有着很强的科学性、实用性和可操作性。Objective To explore the time efficacy of the chain-type salvage process in trauma nursing. Methods Various salvage operation techniques were completed in provided time, Time used in each process was calculated to find the possible shortest time for each process. Results Under the condition of well-trained emergency technique, the sufferer＇ s life support could be completed in ＂the platinum time＂. All contents of high-class trauma nursing could be completed in ＂the golden time＂. Conclusion The trauma chain -type salvage process is scientific, feasible and practical in various trauma nursing care for severely suffered patients.
