摘 要:目的探讨按临床路径理论实施全程分期的健康教育对促进自然分娩的影响。方法应用临床路径对观察组82例孕产妇实施全程的健康教育,对照组82例孕产妇实施常规教育。结果观察组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组因社会因素行剖宫产的人数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径实施全程分期的健康教育可显著提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率。Objective To explore the influence of whole period health education according to the theory of clinical path to promote natural childbearing. Methods Eighty-two pregnant women in the intervention group accepted the whole period health education according to the theory of clinical path. The other 82 pregnant women in the control group accepted the ordinary health education. Results The rate of natural childbearing in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P 〈0.01 ). The number of pregnant women who accepted caesarean section because of social factor in the intervention group was significantly fewer than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The whole period health education according to the theory of clinical path could significantly promote the rate of natural childbearing and lower the rate of caesarean section.
