内源性过氧化物酶在鸣禽鸟脑内的分布

摘　　要：成年鸣禽脑经常规颈动脉灌流固定，冰冻切片，ＴＭＢ（四甲基联苯胺）处理，光镜下观察．结果显示，鸣禽鸟脑内存在内源性过氧化物酶，主要分布在带核、中脑背外侧核、视顶盖、外膝体、上纹状体附属部、视峡核、中央和周围等处，脑桥与延髓亦有分布．这些酶的分布似乎与这些核团的神经元代谢有关，而其中酶的某些作用有可能是通过脑脊液完成的．这是国内首次对鸣禽鸟脑内源性过氧化物酶的分布报道．The distribution of endogenous peroxidase in the brain of three kinds of songbirds were studied with the TMB method. The peroxidase granules were found in the nucleus taeniae (Tn), hyperstriatum accessrium (HA), ectostriatum (E) of telencephalon, tectum opticum (Teo), nucleus lentiformis tnesencephali (LM), nucleus mesencephalicus lateralis, pars dorsalis (MLd), nucleus geniculatus lateralis, pars ventralis (Glv), nucleus isthmo-options (IO), and nucleus vestibularis medians (VeM), nucleus vestibularis descendens (VeD), surrounding area of central canal of medula oblongata. It seems that the distribution of this enzymes might be related to metabolism of these nuclei and some functions of enzymes might act through the cerebro-spinal fluid. The study is the first report on the endogenous peroxidase of bird brain.
