摘 要:对Cr12MoV钢锻热淬火的组织进行金相分析和电子显微分析。根据锻造形变方式、锻造形变终止温度高低等参数的不同,与常规热处理工艺进行比较分析,发现在常规热处理的条件下,尽管原奥氏体晶粒比较细小,但回火稳定性差,针状马氏体清晰可见。通过锻热淬火处理后,不但回火稳定性较好,而且针状马氏体痕迹消失,有效弥散的碳化物析出。在形变温度更低时(~700℃),甚至基体的亚结构也变成“鱼卵”状形态。The structure of the forged harding Cr12MoV steel has been studied with metallographical examination and electron microscopy test in this paper. After forged harding,the steel would have good resistence to tempering and ualid disperse carbides. The characteristics of acicular matensite would be disappeared. On the contrary,the steel would have bad resistence to temperint and clear trace of acicular martensite under the general heat treatment condition although it had small austenite grain size. The nature hold with the changing of the deformation pattern and the parameter of the finishing temperature. The sub-structure of the matrix would change to the fish-egg shape when the deformation temperature become lower (700°C ).
