摘  要:目的探讨Z:ZCLA长爪沙鼠生化基因位点的多态性。方法用Gpd-1、Es-1、Es-2、Es-3、Es-4、Es-6、Es-8、Es-9、Es-10、Akp-1、Idh-1、Mod-1、Ce-2、Pgm-1、Gpi-1、Car-2、Hbb、Trf、Cs-1等19个生化标记位点的乙酸纤维素膜电泳技术研究了普通级Z:ZCLA长爪沙鼠的遗传多态性。结果Z:ZCLA长爪沙鼠在Es-1、Car-2、Hbb、Gpi-1、Cs-1、Ce-2、Id-l、Mod-1上呈单态性,在Es-2,Es-3,Es-4,Es-6,Es-8,Es-9,Es-10,Gpd-1,Pgm-1,Trf,Akp-1个位点上呈现多态性,等位基因从2 ̄4个不等,平均等位基因数3.0。结论目前本群遗传多样性水平处于中度多态。Objective To probe into the genetic diversity of the conventional closed colony of Z:ZCLA Mongolian gerbil. Methods The polymorphism of the conventional closed colony of Z:ZCLA Mongolian gerbil(sample content--100 individual) was studied by 19 biochemical gene markers and recorded their characters. Results Among the 19 biochemical loci, The locus Es-1, CarL-2, Hbb, Gpi-1, Cs-1, Ce-2,Id-l,Mod-1 had only one allele, while the locus Es-2, Es-3, Es-4, Es-6, Es-8, Es-9, Es-10, Gpd, Pgm, Trf and Akp-1 had two to four alleles, respectively. Average allele number was recorded as 3.0. Conclusion The conventional closed colony of Z: ZCLA Mongolian gerbil has the medium genetic diversity.
