益气滋肾颗粒对IgA肾病辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的进一步阐明IgA肾病的发病机制及益气滋肾颗粒对IgA肾病辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群(Th1/Th2)的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪分别检测31例服用益气滋肾颗粒治疗3个月前后的IgA肾病患者(治疗组)和24名健康对照组的Th1/Th2细胞内细胞因子。结果与健康对照组比较,治疗组γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)百分比降低(P<0·05),白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)百分比升高(P<0·01)。治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较,IFN-γ百分比升高(P<0·05),IL-10百分比降低(P<0·01)。结论IgA肾病患者存在Th1/Th2的失衡,益气滋肾颗粒对IgA肾病Th1/Th2的失衡有一定调节作用。Objective To study the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy （IgAN） and the effect of Yiqi Zishen Granule （YZG） on the helper T-lymphocyte subsets Thl/Th2 in IgAN patients. Methods Intracellular cytokines secreted by Thl/Th2 were measured using flow cytometry in 24 healthy subjects and 31 IgAN patients treated by YZG before and after treatment. Results Level of interferon-γ （IFN-γ） was lower （P〈0.05） and levels of interleukin 4 （IL-4） and interleukin 10 （IL-10） were higher （P 〈 0.01） in the IgAN patients than those in the healthy controls, showing imbalance of Thl/Th2 in the IgAN patients. After YZG treatment, the level of IFN-γ increased and IL-10 level decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Imbalance of Th1/Th2 exists in IgAN patients. YZG has a regulatory effect on imbalance of Th1/Th2 in IgAN patients.
