摘　　要：介绍了目前典型纳米操作系统的特点，阐述了末端工具、显微成像、定位与驱动等关键技术，并对纳米操作系统的发展趋势进行了展望。The researching status of nanomanipulating systems is presented based on the microscopes used. The key technologies such as end-effectors,microscopes,positioning and actuators are analyzed. In the end, the development trends of nanomanipulating systems are discussed.
