不同糖耐量人群服糖前与服糖后2小时血清游离脂肪酸浓度的变化及其影响因素

摘　　要：研究32例DM,35例IGT,45例NGT伴BMI正常,42例NGT伴BMI≥23,发现空腹血游离脂肪酸升高的次序是DM>IGT>NGT伴BMI升高>NGT伴BMI正常。还发现OGTT2小时FFA水平升高仅见于IGT与DM组,不见于NGT组。The study of DM （n=32）, IGT（n=35）, NGT plus normal BMI （n=45）, NGT plus BMI≥23 （n=42） showed that the high fasting FFA leveIs were in the order of DM〉IGT〉NGT plus obesity〉NGT without obesity, and that OGTT 2 h FFA level was elevated only in IGT and DM group, but not in NGT with or without abnormal BMI.
