摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高血压组血小板5-羟色胺(5-HT)明显低于T2DM组及正常对照组;血小板5-HT与SBP、DBP、TG呈负相关。糖尿病高血压和血脂异常促进血小板内源性5-HT释放并起协同作用。The level of 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） in group of diabetes with hypertension was significantly lower than in type 2 diabetes group and normal control. The level of platelet 5-HT was negatively related with systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and serum triglyceride. Hypertension and dyslipidemia in coordination with each other enhanced the platelet 5-HT release in diabetes.
