摘 要:目的:观察分阶段补肾阴补肾阳中药对运动性低血睾酮的调整作用,寻找纠正运动性低血睾酮的较好方法。方法:实验于2001-09/2004-12在成都体育学院运动生理实验中心完成。①选用成年雄性SD大鼠70只,体质量(196.7±9.63)g。按随机数字表法将大鼠分为7组,每组10只:安静对照组:正常喂养,不喂药不负重游泳;喂药对照组:于实验第1~3周灌胃补阴剂,第4~5周灌胃补阳剂,并且不训练;训练对照组:只负重游泳,第1周负重3%体质量,第2~5周负重4%体质量,每周游泳6d,1次/d,每次游泳至力竭,不喂药;补阴组:负重游泳同前组,并于实验第1~5周均灌胃补阳剂;补阳组:负重游泳同前组,并于实验第1~5周均灌胃补阳剂;先补阴组:负重游泳同前组,喂药时间和方式同喂药对照组;先补阳组:负重游泳同前组,并于实验第1~3周灌胃补阳剂,第4~5周灌胃补阳剂。按70kg成年人每日一剂药(100mL药液)。补阴剂由熟地、山药、枸杞子、牛膝、龟板胶、菟丝子、陈皮、砂仁等组成。补阳剂由熟地、山药、肉桂、当归、仙灵脾、人参等组成。生药来源于成都中医药大学附属医院。据体质量不同灌胃2.0~3.0mL,安静对照组和训练对照组灌胃等量蒸馏水,每天早晚各灌胃1次,每周第7天停止灌胃1d。②记录第3和5周末次游泳时间。第5周末次训练结束后,采用放射免疫分析法测定血睾酮水平,用血红蛋白仪测定血红蛋白水平。结果:纳入大鼠70只,训练对照组于实验第3周末溺水死亡2只,其余68只大鼠进入结果分析。①血睾酮水平:训练对照组明显低于安静对照组眼(0.5503±0.1712),(2.1551±0.5867)μg/L,P<0.01演,喂药对照组与安静对照组相近;补阴组、补阳组、先补阴组、先补阳组血睾酮水平明显高于训练对照组眼(1.5804±0.6342),(1.5332±0.6443),(2.0503±0.3742),(1.5718±0.4842)μg/L,P<0.01演;先补阴组明显高于补阴组、补阳组、先补阳组�AIM: To observe the effects of kidney tonic herbs at different stages on the adjustment of exercise-induced low serum testosterone, so as to look for the better method to rectify the exercise-induced low serum testosterone (Ts). METHODS: The experiment was conducted in the center of sport physiology of Chengdu Sport University from September 2001 to June 2004.①Totally 70 adult male rats (196.7±9.63 g) were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 rats in each group: quiet control group only given normal feeding; medicine control group given the increased yin dose at the 1^st to 3^rd weeks, and the increased yang medicine at the 4^th and 5^th weeks without training; training control group underwent load swimming with 3% body mass of load at the 1^st week, increased to 4% at the 2^rd to 5^th weeks, 6 days every week, once daily without medicine; increased yin group underwent the previous training and given the increased yin medicine at the 1^st to 5^th weeks; increased yang group underwent the previous training and given the increased yang medicine at the 1^st to 5^th week; increased yin medicine first group with the same training and given the administration as the medicine control group; increased yang medicine first group underwent the previous training and given the increased yang medicine at the In to 5^th week and increased yin medicine at the 4^th to 5^th week. The rats were given the medicine according to the dosage of an adult with 100 mL medicine/79 kg avoirdupois every day. The increased yin medicine was composed of shudi, shanyoo, gouqizi, niuxi, guibanjiao, tusizi, chenpi, sharen and so on. The increased yang medicine was composed of shudi, shanyoo, rougui, dartggui, xianlingpi, renshen and so on. The crude drug was provided by the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
