摘  要:目的:探讨钛网包裹游离骨移植治疗四肢骨缺损的效果。方法:选用40只新西兰实验大白兔,分成二组,制成骨缺损模型。分别予以单纯游离植骨和钛网植骨移植,术后4,8,12,16周取材,通过X线检查、组织学检查等手段进行对比研究。结果:单纯骨移植,可在16周基本完成骨缺损修复,但有较高的骨不愈合率;钛网植骨移植,在12周即可基本完成骨缺损的修复,其成骨速度及成骨质量均优于单纯骨移植。结论:钛网包裹游离骨移植利于骨的紧密接触,并且有一定的固定支持作用,且不影响周围血管经网孔的长入,利于骨缺损的修复,且其相溶性较好,可任意塑形。Objective: To investigate the reparation result of the defect of long bone using bone graft with titanium cage . Methods: Forty rabbits were divided into 2 groups . Groupl the bone defect was repaired using bone graft . group2 the bone defect was repaired using bone graft with titanium . Investigation was made by means of X-ray examination ,histology at various time. Results: By means of bone graft the bone defect was repaired in sixteen weeks. But the rate of nonunion was very high . By means of bone graft with cage ,bone defect was repaired in twelve weeks, the speed and the quality of bone reparation in group 2 is superior to that of groupl. Conclusion : Satisfied reparation effects of the defect bone was achieved . the tightness contact of bone graft was achieved and the result of fixation was significant.
