摘 要:目的:通过方法学试验对葡萄糖脱氢酶法测定血清葡萄糖方法进行评价。方法:用已建立的方法进行重复性试验、回收试验、干扰试验、线性范围试验,并和HK法进行比较。结果:重复性试验批内CV值为1.33%,批间CV值为1.42%,总CV值为2.01%;回收试验中回收样品I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的回收率分别为105%,93.5%和91.4%,平均为96.6%;干扰试验表明一般浓度的抗凝剂、防腐剂、尿酸、胆红素对葡萄糖的测定不产生干扰;比较试验,与HK法比较其相关性为Y=1.038X-1.172,r=0.994;线性范围试验表明葡萄糖浓度在20 mmol/L以下呈现良好的线性。结论:葡萄糖脱氢酶法是临床测定血清葡萄糖的较理想的方法。Objective: Glucose dehydrogenase(GDH) method for determination of serum glucose was evaluated through methodology test. Methods: Iteration, recovery,interfere and linely test were tried by an established way,and also compared with HK method. Results: Within-run CV,day-to-day CV and total CV were 1.33% ,1.42% and 2.01% respectively by iterant test; average recovery rate was 96.6% ; anticoagulant,septic,uric acid and bilirubin under a certain concentration also did not interfere with the glucose result in this method. Compared with HK method, the pertinence was Y = 1. 038X - 1. 172, r = 0. 994. The linearity studies showed the method was linear up to 20mmol/L. Conclusion: Glucose dehydrogenase method was a perfect way for determination of serum glucose.
