摘  要:目的探讨重组人肝再生增强因子(rhALR)对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝细胞线粒体功能及肝功能的保护作用。方法144只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为SHAM组、BDO-RBF组、BDO-RBF-rhALR组,分别检测其线粒体功能及肝功能的变化情况,电镜观察各组大鼠肝细胞线粒体的形态学改变。结果胆道梗阻后,大鼠线粒体功能及肝功能均出现明显损伤(P<0.05或P<0.01),BDO-RBF-rhALR组肝细胞线粒体功能及肝功能的损害程度明显轻于BDO-RBF组(P<0.05),并且当胆管再通后,其恢复更快。电镜观察梗阻性黄疸后,肝细胞线粒体出现明显损伤,BDO-RBF-rhALR组病理改变明显轻于BDO-RBF组。结论rhALR对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝细胞线粒体功能及肝功能具有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the beneficial effects of recombinant human augmenter of liver regeneration (rhALR) on mitochondrial function and liver function in rats with obstructive jaundice. Methods A total of 144 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, ie, sham operation group (Group A), obstructive jaundice and biliary tract recanalization (Group B) and obstructive jaundice and biliary tract recanalization plus rhALR (Group C) to respectively observe, at selected time points, the changes of the liver and mitochondrial function as well as morphologic changes of the mitochondriae by electroscope. Results There occurred more severe damage to liver function and mitochondrial function in Group B, compared with Group A ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Compared with Group B, the degree of damage to mitochondrial and liver function was lighter in Group C ( P〈0. 05). The electron microscope showed that mitochondrial structure was damaged in obstructive jaundice rats. The pathological change in Group C was significantly less than that in Group B. Conclusion rhALR can exert obvious protective effect on mitochondrial function and liver function of rats with obstructive jaundice.
