数字温度计DS1820在热化疗仪中的应用

摘　　要：文章对数字温度传感器DS1820的特点及工作原理作了简要的介绍,并给出了有效提高DS1820的测量精度的方法,设计了DS1820与单片机组成的热化疗仪测温系统的应用电路。The characteristic and theory of digitized temperature sensor DS1820 is briefly introduced, and the method of improved measure precision of DS1820 is provided and the application circuit composed by DS1820 and singlechip in temperature control system of hyperthermic chemotherapy instrument is designed.
