摘 要:在高温、高压强条件下H13钢通常出现早期失效,而传统的3Cr2W8V钢却表现出韧性不足,为此通过降低Cr含量、提高Mo和V含量,添加W元素来改善热作模具钢的综合性能,设计出了SDH2钢。室温和高温冲击韧度试验、回火稳定性试验和热疲劳试验表明,1100℃淬火+600℃回火的SDH2钢室温下冲击值大于300J;回火温度从560℃升高到625℃保温18h,SDH2钢的硬度值依然大于46HRC;另外,SDH2钢具有比H13钢更优良的抗热疲劳性能。Usually, dies of H13 steel operating at both high temperature and high pressure would fail at an early stage. Meanwhile, the toughness of conventional 3Cr2W8V steel is poor. For this reason, the chromium content was decreased, the molybdnum and vanadium contents incrcased and the tungsten added in the hot-working die steel so as to improve on its overall property. Subsequently, the SDH2 steel was designed. Impact test at room and elevated temperatures as well as test for resistance to tempering and thermal fatigue have revealed that the impact toughness value of the SDH2 steel quenched from 1100℃ and subsequently tempered at 600℃ is over 300J and the hardness of the SDH2 steel tempered at 625℃ instead of 560℃ for 18h remains over 46HRC, and that SDH2 steel will offer better resistance to thermal fatigue than that of H13 steel.
