摘　　要：探讨多囊卵巢综合征的中医病机和治则治法,认为多囊卵巢综合征的核心病机是卵子发育延迟和排出障碍,主要病理基础是肾虚血瘀,补肾活血法是中医治疗本病的基本方法。并提供了临床常用的补肾活血方药。To investigate the pathogenesis and therapeutic principles of TCM for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）, many doctors thought that the key pathogenesis of PCOS was the growth delay and discharging disorder of ovum, the main pathological basis was renal deficiency and blood stasis, the basic therapeutic way was to invigorate kidney and promote blood flow. The paper also supplied part Chinese crude drags common used in clinic.
