摘 要:以硅酸钠、硫酸亚铁和硫酸铝为原料制备聚硅硫酸铁铝絮凝剂(PSFA)。考察了Al3+/Fe2+、(Al3++Fe2+)/SiO2、反应温度、反应时间等因素对制备的聚硅硫酸铁铝处理酒精废液的絮凝性能的影响。通过正交实验确定了制备PSFA絮凝剂的最佳反应条件:n(Al3+)/n(Fe2+)=4/1、n(Al3++Fe2+)/n(SiO2)=2/1、反应温度60℃、Al3+反应时间1.5h,Fe2+反应时间1.0h。通过正交实验确定了最佳絮凝条件:絮凝剂PSFA投加量为5mL/L水样,水样温度为55℃,水样pH=11,该条件下浊度去除率在94%以上。同时,用酚醛泡沫作载体,对固定化聚硅硫酸铁铝絮凝剂进行研究探索。Polysilicate ferro-aluminum sulfate (PSFA) was prepared by using sodium silicate, ferrous sulfate and aluminum sulfate as raw materials. The optimal reaction condition was as follows: Mole ratio of Al^3+ to Fe^2+ 4:1, Mole ratio of Al^3+ and Fe^2+ combined to SiO2 2: 1, reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time of Al^3+ 1.5h, reaction time of Fe^2+ 1.0h. PSFA prepared under this optimal condition was tested by the treatment of thin stillage after centrifugation with flocculation, with its removal of suspended solids above 94%. The optimal condition in treating thin stillage with PSFA was as follows:temperature of thin stillage 55℃(range 35℃ ~55℃), pH value of thin stillage 11 (range 7~ 11), dosage of PSFA 5ml/L thin stillage (range 5ml/L~25 ml/L). PSFA fixed on the surface of phenolic foam (PF) wass used and tested by the flocculation treatment of thin stillage after centrifugation.
