摘　　要：随着移动通信技术的迅速发展,可移动的多媒体通信在监控领域已成为热点。本文针对现在监控系统的缺陷以及移动监控动态范围广、实时性要求高等特点,采用基于CDMA20001X技术和嵌入式TM1300系统平台相结合的解决方案,图像向手机传输采用最新的彩E技术。有效的改善了现有监控系统的弊端,如数据传输速度慢、移动性差、可靠性差等。而且该方案的数据传输方式依托中国联通的CDMA20001X网络,永久在线、实时性好、经济合理。试验证明该解决方案具有稳定可靠、实时性强、传输速度快、经济合理等优点,很好实现了预定的目标要求。With the mobile communication technology mushrooming, mobile multimedia communication has become a hotspot in video monitor application area. Aimed at the disadvantages of exiting monitor systems and mobile object remands wide dynamic area and high real-time, and so on. A new settle scheme is put forward based on the combination of both CDMA and embedded TM 1300 system. The multimedia E-mail technology to deliver images to mobile phone is adopted. The abuse of exiting monitor system is resolved effectively, such as slow data transmitting, poor mobility, low reliability, and so on. The means of data transmitting is CDMA2000 1X network ofChinaUnicom, so this design has advantage ofpermanent online, highreal-time, cheap and reasonableness. The result ofexperiments demonstrates this scheme has the character of steadiness, reliable, fast data transmitting and cheap. It fulfilled the scheduled demand.
