摘　　要：从产权经济学的视角对保险的本质进行了重新的审视,认为保险的本质在于通过对保险费产权集合的占有,然后让渡部分保险费的经济收益权,来达到转移风险、分担损失的目的;然后从保险的这种产权特性分析了保险发展过程中的形态演变趋势。Newly analyzed the essence of insurance, pointed out that the essence of insurance was possessing the property right aggregate of insurance premium, and partially enfeoffing the economic returns right of insurance premium; then, analyzed the evolvement of insurance from the property right characteristic.
