摘　　要：研究了双声道、四声道音频磁头芯片用Ni80Nb6．5Fe（牌号S1J80A）硬坡莫合金的成分和工艺，探讨了热处理工艺、树脂固化对磁性能的影响。实际使用表明，该材料是一种有竞争力的廉价新型磁头材料。The composition and processing of the Ni80Nb6.5Fe（grade SIJ80A） hardpermalloy used for wafer core materials of dual and fourfold sound track audio magnetic head have been studied, and the influence of heat treatment and resin molding on the soft magnetic property has been investigated. The practical application proves that this alloy is a new type magnetic head material with great competitive cost and excellence performances.
