紫外谱线组法在哈蟆油伪品鉴别中的应用

摘　　要：目的:利用紫外谱线组法对哈蟆油进行检测,绘制出哈蟆油的紫外谱线组图谱。方法:对哈蟆油进行石油醚、氯仿、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇、95乙醇超声波提取后,再时行相应的紫外及其一阶导数光谱检测。结果:哈蟆油的紫外谱线组图谱重现性较好。结论:通过紫外谱线组法,可以初步绘制出哈蟆油的紫外谱线组图谱,达到哈蟆油真伪鉴别的目的。AIM： To apply UASLG for Rana temporatia chensinensis David＇s identification. METHODS： Rana temporatia chensinensis David was made ultrasonic extraction. These solvents in turn were petroleum ether,chlorofo mn, ethyl acetate,n-butanol and 95% ethanol, then their absorbance in UV and one-order derivative spectrums were determined. RESULTS： Rana temporatia chensinensis David Js UASLG was reproducible. CONCLUSION： UASLG＇s action spectrums for Rana temporatia chensinensis David can be identified for quality control.
