摘  要:内混式介质雾化喷嘴运行时,当运行油压高于某雾化气体压力时,会发生部分油经气孔倒流入气管系统的第一类临界工况;当运行雾化气体高于某油压时,会发生部分雾化气体经油孔倒流入油管系统的第二类临界工况。对某内混式喷嘴采用冷态流量实验研究与数据处理相结合的方法,确定了这两类临界工况,为内混式喷嘴的可靠运行提供了依据。In internal-mixing-oil-nozzle running state, when oil working-pressure higher than the certain atomizing-gas pressure, the pressure in the mixing chamber may be higher than the atomizing-gas pressure and the first critical-point working-state occurred that some part of oil flew backwards into the gas-pipeline system by the air holes. When atomizing-gas working-pressure higher than the certain oil pressure, the pressure in the mixing chamber may be higher than the oil entrance pressure and the second critical-point working-state occurred that some part of atomizing-gas flew backwards into the oil-pipeline system by the oil holes. The two critical working-states are unallowed to happen in a favorable designed internal-mixing nozzle's normal working-state. But the two critical working-states happened on many occasions in the experimentation and the practical run. This made the results that sometimes nozzle burned out, sometimes oil-pump worn out and sometimes it made systems have a screw loose and working reliability be affected. This article ascertained the two critical working-states and offered basis for internalmixing-nozzle's reliable working by testing a certain internal-mixing-nozzle with the way including cold flux experimental study and data processing.
