摘　　要：介绍了利用意大利Arostretch弹性整理工艺对毛精纺织物进行弹性整理的方法。从产品设计和生产角度提出了弹性织物的设计和工艺要点,对纱线捻系数、织物紧度及缩率的选择、弹性工艺的确定等进行了重点分析,指出了弹性整理过程中易出现的色光变化、纤维损伤等问题,并结合生产实践给出了相应的后整理工艺和质量控制措施。In this article is introduced the elastomeric finishing method of worsted fabric by use of an Italian Arostretch elastmeric finishing technology. The design and processing keys of elastomeric fabric are put forward from the viewpoint of product design and production with focus on the properly selection of yarn twisting factor and fabric tightness and shrinkage as well as on the determination of elastmeric processing technology. Colour shade change and fiber damage easy happened in this finishing are also pointed out with some measures for this relative finishing and quality control gained from production practice also given.
