摘　　要：目的研究HCV对NKT细胞的作用,探讨NKT细胞在HCV患者体内的免疫学功能。方法选择丙型肝炎患者25例,健康志愿者25例,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血中NKT细胞的含量。分离出外周血中单个核细胞并在不同刺激物作用下培养,用流式细胞仪检测NTK细胞的含量,将培养前结果和培养后结果进行对比分析,同时检测健康人群组和丙型肝炎患者组外周血中IL-4的含量。结果丙型肝炎患者组外周血中NKT细胞的含量明显低于健康人组外周血中NKT细胞的含量,两者结果比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。健康人群外周血单个核细胞经HCV抗原、丙型肝炎病人血清培养后NKT细胞的含量明显低于未培养前的含量,两组结果比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。丙型肝炎患者组IL-4的含量低于健康人群组,两者结果有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论HCV是使丙型肝炎患者体内NKT细胞下降的一个重要因素,丙型肝炎患者体内NKT细胞下降可能是导致丙型肝炎慢性化的原因之一。Objective To study the effects that hapetitis C virus to Nature killer T lymphocyte cell,prohe into the nature killer cell immune function in hepatitis C patient.Methods Selecting twenty-five hapetitis C patients and twenty-five healthy volunteers as the research object, detect the percentage of NKT cell in peripheral blood by FCM. Separate the mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood and cultivate it by different stimulators, detect the percentage of NKT cell to analyze the results that uncultivated and the cultivated. In addition to detect the percentage of IL-4 in healthy person group and hapetitis C patients group. Results The percentage of NKT cell of hapetitis C patients in peripheral blood is obvious less than that of healthy person,there is remarkable difference in the two groups（ P 〈0.01）.The percentage of NKT cell in peripheral blood mononudear cells that cultivated by HCV antigen,hepatitis C patient serum is obvious less than that of uncultivated. There is remarkable difference in the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The percentage of IL-4 of hapetitis C patients group is obvious less than that of healthy person group,there is remarkable difference in the two groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It is a important factor that HCV decrease the counts of NKT cell in hepatitis C patient. It is the one possible reason that hepatits C patient becoming chronic.
