摘  要:目的探讨Bethesda 2001报告在妇科细胞学筛查中应用的价值。方法应用利普液基细胞学制片技术结合Bethesda 2001报告作为妇科细胞学筛查方法。结果2065例患者取材满意的标本2060例(占99.76%),不满意要求重新取材的标本5例(占0.24%)。检出真菌71例(占3.43%),阴道毛滴虫31例(占1.50%),加德纳菌79例(占3.83%),人乳头瘤病毒42例(占2.03%)。NILM 1995例(占94.67%),ASC-US 24例(占1.16%),ASC-H 12例(占0.58%),LSIL 45例(占2.18%),HSIL 24例(占1.16%),宫颈鳞癌5例(占0.24%)。结论利普液基细胞学制片技术在取材和制片都有所改进,提高了早期宫颈癌及癌前病变的检出率。Bethesda 2001描述性报告内容广泛,具体,更便于临床医师和实验室交流,在妇科细胞学筛查中具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the value of applying the Bethesda system 2001 report in gynecological cytologic screening. Methods Apply Liqui-PREP in gynecological cytologic screening and diagnosed with Bethesda 2001 standard. Results 2060 out of 2065 specimens (99.76%) are satisfactory,the rest 5(0.24%)dissatisfactory cases are required to re-smear,as a result,71 cases epiphyte(oecupying 3.43% ),31 eases trichomonas vaginalis(1.50%) ,42 eases human pap'dlomavirus(2.03 % )are reported.In thoes specimens,there are 1955 eases NILM(94.67% ) ,24 eases ASC-US(1.16% ), 12 eases ASC-H(0.58% ) ,45 eases LSIL(2.18% ),24 eases HSIL(1.16% ) ,5 eases squamous cervical epithelial carcinoma(0.24% ). Condusion Liqui-PREP improves upon both smearing and sheet formatting, increases detectable rate of premature squamous cervical epithelial carcinoma and precancerosis. The descriptively Bethesda system 2001 report has extensive and concrete eonten;helps clinicians communicate wiht the laboratory more expediently, The descriptively Bethesda system 2001 report method has import significance in gynecological cytologic screening,
