某住宅小区冷热源方案的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了某住宅小区的基本情况,提出了住宅小区冷热源的五套方案。对每一种方案的组成、系统特点、系统的初投资、运行费用、绿色环保以及管理的难易程度等进行了技术经济分析,并给出了详细的分析结果。为住宅小区冷热源方案的选择提供了技术、经济上的依据,也可对类似的建筑小区冷热源的选择提供有益的帮助。This paper introduces some basic situation of residential district and proposed five sets of plans of cold ＆ heat source for the residential district. The technological and economic analysis are made on the composition, the characteristic of the system, preliminary investment, operating cost, green environmental protection as well as the management difficulty and so on, and has produced the detailed analytical result. It provides proof of choice of cold heat source plan in technical and economical basis for the residential district and as well as the beneficial help to the similar construction plot in cold ＆ heat source choice.
