摘 要:目的:建立测定复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为phe—nomenex00g-4097-e0 C18柱(4.6mm×25mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(100:100:1.5:1.0),流速1mL/min.柱温为40℃.检测波长为278nm。结果:进样量在5=80μg/ml时,与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5).平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.21%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确。重现性好.操作简便,可用于复方氯霉素酊的质量控制。Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol tincture compound.Method:HPLC was applied,its chromatocolumn was phenomenex 00g-4097-e0 C_ 18 column(4.6 mm×25 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O-CH3COOH-(CH3CH2)3N(100∶100∶1.5∶1.0),the flow rate was 1ml/min, the column temperature was 40℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 278nm.Results: The linearity was obtained over the range of 5~80 μg/ml(r=0.9999, n=5), the average recovery was 99.74%, RSD was 0.21%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,the result is accurate,the reproducibility is good,and it is reliable and suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol tincture compound.
