摘　　要：刘易斯人口流动模型的理论描述与发展中国家实际不相符,缺乏有效性。托达罗的人口流动模型针对发展中国家城乡人口流动做出了简单而有说服力的解释。对两个模型进行分析,对我国协调城乡发展、建设社会主义新农村有极大的启示。The developing of W. A. Lewis＇ s population flow model theory description does not conform to the reality of the nation, so it lacks the validity. M. P. Todalo＇s population flow model makes a brief and persuasive explanation of population flow between urban and rural places in developing countries. The analysis of the two models gives us insight in China＇ s urban and rural coordinated development and the construction of the New Socialist Countryside.
