摘 要:以35个水稻杂交组合为材料,研究了一些属于不同遗传类型性状间的相关性。结果表明,控制植株农艺性状的遗传效应与影响水稻品质性状的遗传效应间存在较强的相关性。其中,以加性效应间的相关性最为明显;有效穗数、剑叶长宽比和谷粒宽等性状与品质性状间存在正相关,而株高、剑叶长、穗长、每穗粒数、谷粒长和谷粒长宽比等性状与水稻品质性状间存在负相关;有效穗数与糙米率等成对性状间的显性效应相关。The genetic co-variances between plant agronomic traits and milling quality traits of indica rice was analyzed with 35 crosses based on the genetic model for quantitative traits with unequal design matrices. The agronomic traits of plant such as the plant height(PH), effective panicles per plant (EPPP), length of flag leaf(LFL), ratio of length to width of flag leaf(RLWFL), panicle length(PL), grains per panicle(GPP), grain length(GL), grain width(GW) and ratio of length to width of grain(RLWG) and the milling quality traits such as the brown rice weight(BRW), milled rice weight(MRW), brown rice recovery(BRR), milled rice recovery(MRR) and head milled rice recovery(HMRR) were analyzed in the experiment. The restdts indicated that strong relationship between the genetic effects of plant agronomic traits and milling quality traits of rice was existed, especially for the relationships of additive effects. There were significant positive relationship between effective panicles per plant, ratio of length to width of flag leaf, or grain width and all milling quality traits, but significant negative relationships were found between plant height, length of flag leaf, panicle length, grains per panicle, grain length, or ratio of length to width of grain and all milling quality traits. The dominance relationships for pairing traits, such as effective panicles per plant and brown rice recovery, were applicable for hybrid rice breeding.
