山西甘蓝蚜对7种杀虫剂的抗性监测

摘　　要：采用点滴法研究了山西省3个地区甘蓝蚜对7种常用杀虫剂的敏感性,结果表明:朔州地区甘蓝蚜种群对常用药剂表现为较低的抗性水平,而晋中地区和长治地区的甘蓝蚜种群对常用药剂都达到了较高的抗性水平。The susceptibility of Brevicoryne brassicae collected from 3 regions of Shanxi Province to 7 insecticides was tested with the application of topical method. The results indicated that the population of Shuozhou had low level of resistance. Jinzhong strain and Changzhi strain had developed moderate level of resistance. Shuozhou populations being taken as the relatively susceptible population, the resistance ratios of Brevicoryne brassicae from Xinzhou region to Acetamiprid, Imidacloprid,Fenvalerate Beta-cypennethrin, Phoxim, Methomyl and Abamectin were 7.82, 3.33, 2.97, 5.2, 6.12, 7.63 and 8.96 folds, respectively and from Jinzhong region, 4.28,4.68, 2.88, 3.34, 4.50, 9.81 and 6.34 folds, respectively.
