田园城市理论对我国城乡土地利用问题的启示

摘　　要：目前我国城市化进入快速发展阶段的同时,也产生了一系列的问题导致城乡土地利用矛盾突出。作为一种城乡结构的设想,霍华德的田园城市理论至今仍有着重要的影响。该文尝试从中获取一些改变我国城乡土地利用问题的有益启示。Nowadays, the acceleration of urbanization in China results in a series of problems that make the contradiction of urban-rural land use remarkable. As a proposition about urban-rural structure, the theory of Howard＇ s garden city has important influence so far. In this paper some effective inspirations from the theory of Howard＇ s garden city was discussed, which could resolve these problems.
