摘　　要：土地定级是在特定目的下,对土地的质量和使用效益及其在土地空间上的分布差异状况进行评定,并用等级序列表示其差异或优劣程度的过程。该文从城市土地定级的流程入手,深入分析定级过程中存在的统计问题,并在此基础上提出相应对策。Land grading is to express the difference of the quality and condition of land distribution through the evaluation. In this paper the coramon modals of the urban land gradiag were listed and some insufficiency points of them were analyzed, These insufficiency points were in the statistical procedure. On the basis of these analyses, some improved methods were put forward.
