摘　　要：通过系统阐述水利工程风险评估方法,并结合我国大型水利工程建设的实例,将风险评估的模糊综合分析法的理论运用到工程实践中,为水利工程风险管理提出建议模式。In the article , systematically illustrated including the risk conception, risk characteristic and risk evahuation in construction project of water eonservaney.Praetical example is used in the final part of the paper, the paper stress on using fuzzy comprehensive judgement＇s theory into practice, hoping many supplies suggesting way for project risk management.
