清代徽州鱼鳞图册研究——以《休宁县新编弓口鱼鳞现业的名库册》为中心

摘　　要：康熙年间徽州府休宁县新编弓口鱼鳞图册,以现业主“的名”登记土地产权,跟踪地权变动,在人口流动和地权频繁转移中使鱼鳞图册名实相符。房屋基地、路、坟等非生产用地分割零碎、地权分散,而图册登记非常详细。在土地登记中,都图管理者在册改错、验明契税、局部丈量、厘清产权,对地籍实行动态管理。休宁县康熙鱼鳞图册一直延用至民国,反映出农村的地权关系处于有序状态。The fish-scale inventory of Gongkou,Xiuning County,Huizhou,which was re-compiled during the Kangxi reign,registered landed property in the real name of the current owner.Chan- ges in property rights were tracked to ensure the precision of the inventory at a time of population mobility and frequent shifts in land rights.Despite the fragmentary and dispersed nature of rights to non-productive land for housing,roads and graves,the inventory was extremely detailed.The administrators'management of land rights was dynamic:they corrected errors,checked land con- tracts and tax documents,measured the land and clarified rights to land.The inventory under- taken for Xiuning County during the Kangxi reign was used well into the Republican era,show- ing the orderly state of land right relationships in the countryside.
