济宁市学龄儿童行为问题流行病学研究

摘　　要：采用Rutter儿童行为问卷(父母问卷)对济宁市2032名6～14岁学龄儿童行为问题流行现状及危险因素进行了调查与分析。结果表明,该市学龄儿童行为问题总患病率为10.78％;男生(13.10％)高于女生(8.12％),(P<0、01);A行为、N行为和M行为的患病率依次为4.87％、3.54％和2.36％。非条件Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示男性、学前有寄养经历、父亲文化程度偏低和职业为工人、行政管理人员等非知识分子是本市学龄儿童行为问题独立危险因素。文中对学龄儿童行为问题预防和矫治进行了讨论。We conducted an epidemiological study on behavior disorders of 2 032 school-age children in lining using Rutter's Children Behavior Questionaire. the results showed that the total prevalence rate of school-age children behavior disorders was 10. 78%. the rate of males (13.10%) was higher than that of femals (8. 12%), P <0. 01. The rate of A behavior (i. e . antisocial behavior),N behavior(i.e,neurotic behavior) and M behavior (i. r. mixed behavior)was 4. 87%,3. 54% and 2. 36% , respectively. The results of undergoing entrust to the care of others,father had a lower levels of education and non-intellectual were the independent risk factors of school-age children behavior disorders. The prevention and correction of school-age children behavior disorders were discussed.
