摘　　要：论述和总结了医院通过建立健全管理组织、完善和落实各项规章制度,加强医护人员专业知识培训,加强医院感染管理和监测不断提高医院感染管理工作质量和水平的成功经验和做法。The article introduced the experience of controlling and prevention ICU infection in Beijing hospital. The author summarized that establish and development organization, standardization management system, strength professional training for doctors and nurses and perfecting hoapital infection management and monitoring were the key factors for ICU infection controlling.
